IT SOC Engineer

We are hiring for one of our telecom clients, a leading organisation delivering advanced network solutions in a dynamic telecom environment.

Job Overview :

• Provide 24/7 SOC monitoring and incident response support.

• Act as first-level support: log incidents, perform initial analysis, and escalate critical issues.

• Troubleshoot IPsec, SSL VPN, MPLS, and cloud networking environments.

• Manage Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, WSUS, patching).

• Support cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, ELB, VPN Gateway, NAT, Security Groups).

• Handle proxy configurations and network troubleshooting (DNS/DHCP).

• Perform OS upgrades, software installations, and system updates.

• Automate tasks using PowerShell or Python.
