Coordinate and lead projects and rollouts of global SAP Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) solutions, ensuring implementation within scope, time, and budget

Calculate ESS/MSS project costs based on required applications, processes, and solution complexity, providing financial transparency and supporting decision-making

Optimize the integration of ESS/MSS with SAP HCM, focusing on configuration, user-friendliness, and automation
