General Summary
Owns a portfolio of IT sourcing initiatives, delivering measurable value across Qualcomm’s IT spend. Develops and executes category and negotiation strategies in partnership with IT, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders—balancing technology, risk, timeline and total cost. Leads the end-to-end Source-to-Contract process (RFx through award and contract execution) and drives timely supply acquisition, strong commercial terms and documented savings. Individual contributor role.
Responsibilities
Partner with IT, Finance, Legal and business leaders to align sourcing outcomes to priorities and roadmaps.
Build and execute IT sourcing strategies to maximize value, manage risk and support business unit objectives.
