IT Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT sourcing and procurement for banking initiatives
• Drive sourcing for IT transformation projects and strategic programs
• Manage RFP/RFQ/RFI processes and vendor evaluations
• Negotiate contracts, licensing, SLAs, and renewals
• Deliver cost savings through spend analysis and vendor optimization
• Ensure procurement governance, compliance, and audit readiness
• Manage vendor performance and stakeholder relationships

Requirements

• 812 years of IT procurement / sourcing experience
• Mandatory experience in Banking or Financial Services
• Strong exposure to software, cloud, infrastructure, and IT services
• Proven contract negotiation and vendor management expertise
• Familiarity with APAC regulatory and compliance requirements
• Procurement certifications (CIPS preferred)
