Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
 3+ years of experience in ERP support or a similar role.
 Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities.
 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
 Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
 Experience with system upgrades and maintenance.
 Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Experience with ERP implementation projects.
 Knowledge of data integrity and security best practices.
 Ability to develop and maintain documentation.
 Strong customer service skills.
 Proactive approach to problem-solving.
