Role Description

The Global Tech Philanthropy program provides opportunities for tech employees to share their highly specialized skills and expertise within their local communities. As part of Technology’s Chief Operating Office, the Global Tech Philanthropy Technical Support Specialist will help the Technical Lead to execute on projects including notably Pro Bono engagement technical reviews and team support, management of tooling used within the team, and administration of the team’s Salesforce instance, including customization.
