Job Description
Role Overview:
● Provide first-line IT support to FYT employees (remote and onsite)
● Manage IT assets, user access, and onboarding/offboarding processes
● Ensure secure, stable, and efficient day-to-day IT operations
Key Responsibilities:· IT Support & Incident Management
o Provide first-line technical support via ticketing, email, chat, or phone
o Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, printing, and access issues
o Respond to urgent incidents (network outages, account lockouts, device failures)
o Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolution actions
o Escalate complex issues to external IT vendors while maintaining ownership
o Communicate status updates and ensure user satisfaction
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
o Coordinate IT onboarding to ensure Day 1 readiness
o Configure laptops/desktops, email accounts, MFA, and required business applications
