IT Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology preferably with 1 to 2 years of work experience in related field.




• Has basic knowledge in troubleshooting PCs, UPs, printers, and other peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular update and scanning of anti-virus program on individual PCs.




• Maintain inventory of all PCs, printers, and IT-related equipment including information on acquisition date, repair history, drivers, installation CDs, and all related peripherals.




• Prepare monthly reports on commonly asked questions or concerns from the employees as inputs for a User Guide training program.
