Summary About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at Fort Meade, Maryland . Responsibilities Develop advanced analytics, dashboards, and predictive models that support the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Budget Estimate Submission (BES), resource trade off analysis, and senior leader decision making Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, cross domain integrations, and structured datasets that support PPBE analysis, enterprise reporting, and resource data interoperability Define and implement enterprise data governance standards, including authoritative data sources, metadata requirements, lineage, and data quality controls.
