Job Description
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and server network-related issues.
- Providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document support activities and maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions.
- Continuously improve IT support processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT knowledge resources and documentation.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software as needed.
- Monitor and maintain the company's internal systems
