Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable Part-Time IT Specialist to manage and support daily technical operations across our offices, production floor, and retail/showroom systems. The role ensures uninterrupted system performance, data security, and smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, scanners and network devices
Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software and connectivity issues
Manage email accounts, user access permissions and system logins
Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi network stability and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues
Install and update software, antivirus and operating systems
Monitor system backups and ensure data protection & recovery readiness
Support POS, CCTV, biometric attendance and cloud-based tools
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and IT procurement
Maintain IT inventory and asset records
