Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated IT Specialist to manage our Philippines office's IT infrastructure and provide technical support. You will be the key liaison between the local business team and the headquarters' technical team, ensuring seamless operations in the mobile phone installment business.

Key Responsibilities

Office Network & Infrastructure

• Maintain and troubleshoot the local office network, including routers, firewalls, and VPN connections to ensure stable and low‑latency connectivity with the headquarters (e.g., China/Singapore).
• Manage LAN/Wi‑Fi and resolve local internet service issues; develop contingency plans for power outages or network fluctuations common in the Philippines.
