Summary About the Position: This position is located in San Antonio, Texas, with the Defense Health Agency. Salary negotiation may be available for those new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Responsibilities Leads the development of an enterprise Information Security and IT modernization plan. Monitors and tracks compliance requirements with Army, Navy, Air Force, DHA, and DoD Information Assurance (IA) security reporting requirements. Analyzes the implications and trends, then applies conclusions in devising solutions to complex problems. Assists in resolving security issues by coordinating between military medical services and other affected parties and then, evaluates and reports threats to the military medical services. Serves as a Network Operations and Security Engineer for the Network Security Operations Center.
