Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Issuance, inventory, maintenance, monitoring, configuration and repair of IT equipment and software.
● Facilitate the internal and external connectivity for employees, partners and guests.
● Regular backing up and maintenance of company resources.
● Exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive, complex, and confidential personnel issues and employee situations;
● Consistently participate and adhere to SMS Global Technologies Inc.'s Integrated Management System (ISO) policies and programs;
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science , Computer Technology or equivalent course.
● 1 to 2 years of IT Network experience
● Network Certification might be an advantage
