IT Specialist

• Technical Support: Resolve end-user issues with desktops, laptops (PC/Mac), applications, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• System Management: Install, configure, maintain, and monitor servers, networks (LAN/WAN), and cloud services.
• Security & Data: Implement security protocols, manage firewalls, antivirus, data backups, and ensure data privacy.
• Network Administration: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates.

Qualifications
