IT Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support to end-users, including assistance during system migrations and rollouts
• Maintain and support server infrastructure
• Manage Active Directory and Domain Controllers
• Perform documentation tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping of IT processes, configurations, and issue resolutions
• Conduct routine server monitoring, patching, and performance optimization
• Support firewall rules and enforce network security policies
• Collaborate with the IT team to maintain server uptime and resolve connectivity issues

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 0–2+ years of experience in IT support, with exposure to Active Directory and Domain Controllers
• Strong willingness to learn and undergo training
