IT Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, network equipment, and telephony systems.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
• Provide end-user support and technical assistance for issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software applications.
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords and perform regular system upgrades.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of IT requests and resolutions.
• Assist with IT projects as assigned, including system upgrades and migrations.
• Keep abreast of technological advancements and best practices in IT support.
