IT Specialist

• Provide technical support for ERP/Accounting, Payroll, and MIS systems .
• Create, maintain, and improve system reports using Crystal Reports and SQL .
• Manage and maintain applications, software, and help desk support .
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT hardware, software, network, and CCTV systems .
• Perform preventive maintenance and IT asset management .
• Debug systems, recommend improvements, and support projects and implementations .
• Coordinate with teams and provide end-user technical support .

Qualifications

• Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering , or a related field.
• At least one (1) year experience in MIS, IT, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of SQL, database management, ERP/Accounting systems, and Crystal Reports .
