Job Description
What we’re looking for?
- Successful track record in implementing large scale IT related change programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate / Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert / Information Technology Infrastructure Library, etc.) will be considered a plus.
- Exposure to business applications and Enterprise Resource Planning environments.
- Familiarity with maritime software systems and applications.
- 3-5 years of IT experience in helpdesk and network support.
