IT Specialist

Job Description:

• Provide basic IT support such as setting up computers, printers, and internet connection.
• Troubleshoot simple tech issues like slow computers, network problems, or login concerns.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems to ensure all cameras are working properly.
• Perform routine checks on office equipment and keep records of IT inventory.
• Coordinate with outside tech service providers when needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in IT support or related work.
• Knowledge in operating and troubleshooting CCTV cameras (DVR/NVR/IP).
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and network setup.
• Willing to learn and can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Friendly and approachable; good with assisting office staff with tech issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
