Indirect IT Senior Buyer – IT Software Category
The IT Software Senior Buyer is part of our global IT Purchasing team and will be responsible for software purchasing to support the IT Organization and other Adient general requirements. This may include global payroll, time and attendance, and other indirect purchases that may impact program launches. The role ensures purchasing deliverables are met according to project timing and budget, negotiates changes, supports VAVE activities and sourcing tracking, prepares RFQs, negotiates and sources IT software, supports technical feasibility reviews, represents purchasing in multifunctional project requirement reviews, provides project status reporting, and manages suppliers.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of progressive experience in IT software purchasing or project management at companies of similar or larger scale and complexity to Adient. They will possess a general ...
