I.T. Sr. Team Lead

Job Summary

The IT Senior Team Lead is responsible for leading the IT support and operations team while remaining hands-on with technical issues. This role ensures reliable IT services, efficient issue resolution, and alignment of IT operations with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the IT team in daily operations and support activities
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues
• Ensure uptime, performance, and security of IT systems and infrastructure
• Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure SLA compliance
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
• Support system upgrades, rollouts, and IT projects
• Maintain and improve IT documentation, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and data privacy regulations
