IT Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IT infrastructure, including basic networking and system configuration.
• Administer and support Oracle NetSuite ERP system operations.
• Provide technical support and user assistance to end users.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system-related concerns.
• Perform system configuration, user set-up, roles, permissions, and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information and Technology.
• Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite (user support, basic administration. reporting or ERP processes)
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to support both technical and nontechnical users.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and work independently.
