Job Description

• The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to all employees within the company. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT infrastructure.

Education

• High school graduate or SHS Graduate
• Associate's Degree or relevant certifications may be considered with relevant experience

Experience

• Experience working with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common business applications
• Experience with network administration and troubleshooting

• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software
