Qualifications:

• Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or related course
• Knowledge of computer networks (LAN, internet connectivity, routers, switches)
• Ability to perform basic network maintenance and troubleshooting
• Knowledge in computer hardware setup, diagnosis, and repair
• Can identify and fix common hardware issues (PCs, peripherals, cables)
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows)
• Ability to document issues and report technical concerns clearly
• Willing to learn and work with a team
