Quick Rundown:
An IT Staff is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving network issues in a timely manner. They work under the supervision of the IT Manager and collaborate with other IT teams to maintain the organization's computer network.
What Youll Do:
- Monitor network performance and availability, identifying and escalating issues as needed
Perform basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis for connectivity and server-related concerns
Document network events, outages, and resolution steps accurately
Respond to monitoring alerts, triage incidents, and escalate to the appropriate teams.
