IT Staff

Maintain and secure IT systems, including workstations, servers, telephony, biometric systems, and network connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workstations: Ensure functionality, install updates, troubleshoot, and optimize performance.
• File Servers: Administer Synology NAS, manage permissions, handle backups, and optimize storage.
• Email Systems: Administer email systems, manage accounts and security, and monitor email traffic.
• Biometric Systems: Maintain ZKTeco biometric systems.
• User Support: Provide tech support and training to end users.
• Network Maintenance: Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity and performance.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)

Fresh graduates are welcome.

Technical Skills:

Networking: Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, and switches.

Basic knowledge about Synology NAS
