Qualifications:

• At least a graduate of BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science and other related fields.
• Preferably with knowledge or background in POS Support (Hardware and Software), Network set-up and basic troubleshooting.
• Should be trainable and has the ability to adapt to fast-paced technical environment.
• Should willing to do field works / travel to different store locations, if necessary.

Job Description:

• Assist in providing technical support f or POS systems.
• Support in the set-up and maintenance of IT infrastructure (including routers, switches and cabling)
• Respond to support tickets and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with the IT team and external partners for various tech-related concerns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php22, Php23,000.00 per month
