Responsibilities/Skills/Requirements

1. Monitor of printer service request until resolved

2. Identify the issues and provide analysis based on the reported issues

3. Perform troubleshoot techniques for technical issues

4. Repair/replace equipment as necessary

5. Proactive approach towards technical issues

6. Excellent customer service

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in any related Computer Course

2. With relevant working experience is an advantage; Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

3. Good communications skills

4. Amenable to conduct 1 month training here at Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
