IT Staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve technical problems.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
• Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including installing, configuring, and updating server operating systems.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's systems and data.
• Install, configure, and update software applications.
• Maintain and upgrade hardware components, including computers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Implement and manage data backup and recovery procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of organizational data.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, including malware and unauthorized access.
