Job Description

  1. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners
  2. Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and network performance
  3. Provide timely technical support (phone, remote, live chat, and on-site)
  4. Troubleshoot and repair IT equipment (laptops, CCTV, switches, peripherals, etc.)
  5. Set up user accounts, workstations, and required peripherals
  6. Ensure system security, data privacy, backups, and recovery procedures
  7. Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and system renewals
  8. Manage servers, networks, Wi-Fi, email, antivirus, cloud services, RFID, CCTV, and UPS systems
  9. Test, evaluate, and implement new technologies (hardware and software)
  10. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, manuals, and security guidelines
  11. Support IT infrastructure design, upgrades, and system integration
  12. Collaborate with departments on IT projects and improvements
