IT Supervisor

• Management, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
• Network and security infrastructure such as ISP/VPN/Firewall/Core Switch/ Distribution Switch/Access Switch/AP Controller/Access Points and Endpoint Solutions.
• Server Infrastructure such as Primary, Secondary and Read Only Domain Controllers / DNS Server / DHCP Server / License Server / File Server / Replication Server and other apps server.
• Telephony Infrastructure (PABX / Local Lines and Direct lines)
• Cabling Infrastructure (Additional nodes, troubleshooting and repair)
• Computing Devices
• Daily Monitoring of checklist of network and server using PRTG, Computer Laboratories, classroom and support services operation.
• Ensure all servers, network appliances configurations and in house applications are backed up regularly.
• Coordination with IT suppliers IT related issues.
• Manage IT staff daily schedules.
