IT Supervisor

· Develops and implements IT strategies aligned with company goals and objectives

· Plans and manages IT projects, system upgrades, and adoption of new technologies

· Manages IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cloud systems to ensure availability, reliability, and security

· Leads and supervises the IT team, providing guidance, training, and performance management

· Supports end-users with technical guidance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution

· Implements and monitors cybersecurity policies, access controls, and data protection measures

· Manages vendor relationships, service contracts, and IT procurement

· Oversees IT budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives

· Prepares reports on IT performance, project updates, risks, and system metrics for management
