IT Support Administrator

STEMCELL is looking for an IT Support Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting end‑user IT equipment and cloud‑based apps and tools that STEMCELL staff uses. This is a varied role, including support of cloud apps and services like Google Workspaces, common end‑user IT equipment (Windows, Apple iOS), and a chance to gain hands‑on experience with cloud‑based tools & platforms like AWS, Intune/Kandji & Cisco Meraki.

Responsibilities

• Triage and provide technical support for requests related to IT end‑user equipment & tools
• Deploy, upgrade, and replace IT equipment, including laptops, desktops and mobile devices
• Support IT equipment lifecycle tasks, including repair, recommissioning, inventory updates and recycling
• Conduct routine maintenance on shared IT services like AV equipment, printers and shared workstations
