About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support & Systems Officer to oversee office IT infrastructure, POS systems, payment terminals, and store technical operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily business operations across head office and store locations by maintaining reliable systems, secure networks, and compliant POS setups.
The position requires strong troubleshooting capability, regulatory knowledge (BIR PTU compliance), and the ability to coordinate with malls, ISPs, vendors, and contractors.
