We're partnering with a technology company that supports US-based clients and is looking to add a technically strong IT professional with solid networking experience to their remote team.
This is not a basic help desk role.
We're looking for someone confident troubleshooting real network environments and handling technical issues independently.

What You'll Be Doing
• Troubleshooting network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
• Configuring and supporting routers, firewalls, and network devices
• Working with Ubiquiti UniFi and similar environments
• Providing advanced remote IT support to end users
• Managing and documenting tickets
• Communicating directly with US-based clients in English
