IT Support / Asset Management for IT Warehouse

Our Top Client has an IT Support / Asset Management for IT Warehouse contract to hire opening. This person must work on site in Quebec City.

**Location:** Quebec City, Quebec

**Duration:** Long term Contract to hire

**Note:** This job is working on government projects so proper work authorization is required.

**Duties:**

+ Maintain the inventory of workstations and telephones in the various computer systems such as Zebca and Octopus (Service Now);
+ Conduct cross-platform checks to ensure inventory is compliant in both platforms;
+ Maintain 15 to 20 positions on a regular basis ready to be deployed;
+ Work closely with the Control Technicians to ensure that the equipment request is completed as requested;
+ Distribute workstations and equipment to Technicians according to the requests received;
+ Follow-up, receive and process returned equipment when a resource leaves or when a site is closed.
