Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Respond to IT Support request via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to computer hardware, operating systems software applications and basic network connectivity.
Provide guidance to users on common technical problems and best practices.
Installation & Configuration
Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other peripheral devices
Assist in deploying software updates, patches and security configurations.
Monitoring & Documentation
Log all support request and resolutions in the IT Ticketing system.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses and configurations.
Hardware & System Maintenance
Assist in updating and maintaining IT systems, tools and security protocols.
