Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Respond to IT Support request via phone, email, or ticketing system.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to computer hardware, operating systems software applications and basic network connectivity.

  • Provide guidance to users on common technical problems and best practices.

Installation & Configuration

  • Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other peripheral devices

  • Assist in deploying software updates, patches and security configurations.

Monitoring & Documentation

  • Log all support request and resolutions in the IT Ticketing system.

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses and configurations.

Hardware & System Maintenance

  • Assist in updating and maintaining IT systems, tools and security protocols.
