IT Support

Role Overview:

Supports the technical infrastructure of the platform, ensuring smooth website performance, troubleshooting, and integration management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor website uptime and security.
• Coordinate with developers for bug fixes or updates.
• Manage integrations with marketing and CRM tools.
• Provide general IT support to the internal team.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or Computer Science.
• 1–3 years of experience in website or system administration.
• Familiar with WordPress, hosting, and basic troubleshooting.
• Reliable and responsive to technical incidents.
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working location: Butterworth Penang/ WFH (Comfortable working remotely and managing digital communication tools)
• Preferred Age Range: 21 – 32
• Language Requirement: Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred
