IT Support

Job Objectives:

• Responsible for providing support in installing, monitoring, and troubleshooting the company's computer hardware and software systems. This also includes asset management such as inventory and equipment deployment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
2. Resolving logged errors (support tickets) in a timely manner.
3. Maintaining hardware and software installations and performances
4. Performs general preventive maintenance tasks on PC, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
5. Resolving IT support requests from employees
6. Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
7. Improving IT systems
8. Resolving network issues
