JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide IT support for daily operations, addressing technical issues related to hardware, software, and security systems, including CCTV.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, cabling, and monitoring software.
• Manage and maintain network systems such as servers, firewalls, routers, switches, and IP-based CCTV networks.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability, security, and reliability of IT and surveillance infrastructure.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and preventive maintenance to ensure IT systems and CCTV equipment are secure and up to date.
• Ensure data security through backups, recovery procedures, disaster recovery planning, and secure storage of CCTV footage.
• Collaborate with external vendors for IT equipment, CCTV procurement, installations, and technical projects.
