Job Summary
We are looking for a highly capable IT Support & Cloud Executive with strong hands‑on experience in Hybrid IT environments , covering On‑Premises Infrastructure and Cloud Platforms (Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365) .
This role goes beyond basic IT support and requires ownership of systems , proactive monitoring, infrastructure troubleshooting, and close collaboration with senior cloud and security teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across Active Directory, Windows Servers, virtualization platforms, Azure infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 services .
Key Responsibilities
On‑Prem Infrastructure Responsibilities
Administer and support Active Directory (Users, Groups, GPOs, DNS, DHCP) .
Manage and troubleshoot Linux , Windows Server environments (2016 / 2019 / 2022).
Perform server patching, health monitoring, and performance optimization .
