Key Responsibilities:
• Help procure and manage IT hardware
• Provide technical support for operating systems and networks
• Upgrade and configure hardware and software systems
• Create accounts and perform access control processes
• Document IT processes and ensure data security
Requirements:
• Enrollment in a co-op program in IT or Engineering
• Basic knowledge of IT environments is necessary
