Activity Overview

Remote PAN-OS upgrade activity will be performed on the firewall by the remote network team. A field support engineer is required onsite to provide remote hands and feet support during the maintenance window. The engineer must be available throughout the activity to assist in case of connectivity loss during the firewall upgrade process and provide console access if required.

Scope of Work

The onsite engineer will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinate with the remote network team before and during the activity.
• Provide physical access and onsite support for the firewall upgrade activity.
• Connect console cable to the firewall when instructed by the remote team.
