As an End-point Support Engineer, you will play a key role in resolving IT issues, supporting system onboarding, and maintaining an accurate inventory. You will leverage your hands-on experience with MDM and various operating systems to improve processes and contribute to key IT projects. Collaboration and efficiency are essential in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound IT tickets end-to-end for timely resolution
• Onboard new employees by configuring access to systems
• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories
• Support and configure systems across multiple platforms
• Recommend improvements for IT process efficiencies
Requirements:
• 2–5 years’ experience in IT support or related field
• Familiarity with Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune
