IT Support Engineer-Chinese Speaker

Responsibilities

• Involves in the delivery of telecommunication software projects.
• Responsible for technical support activities including System Configuration, Business operation, System Upgrading.
• Provide 2nd or 3rd level technical support to existing and new customers.
• Responsible for preparation, creation, and test execution for any testing phase of the project.
• Liaison with external parties and vendors to support integration and troubleshooting.
• Responsible tasks for as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Having one of the technical skills such as database (MySQL, PL/SQL), Linux, Python, Shell script.
• Having experience in telecommunication BSS projects is an added advantage.
• Required language: English, Mandarin.
