IT Support Engineer/ Executive (Penang)

We are looking for a motivated and hands‑on IT Support Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems such as CCTV, VOIP, and door access. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Candidates must be willing to undergo 3–6 months of training in Subang, Selangor (accommodation provided) before being based at our Penang branch.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and maintain IT-related hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure seamless and continuous operations.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks on networking systems, servers, VOIP, CCTV, door access systems, and other IT equipment.
