Job Description

                    
Provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.

Monitor system performance and ensure the security of IT systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand IT requirements and provide solutions.

Maintain accurate documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.

Assist in deploying and updating company-wide software and applications.

Provide training and support to end-users as required.

Work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teamsProvide high-quality on-site and remote IT support to end users
2-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar end-user facing role
