- Provide high-quality Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to users in the Athens office and surrounding region.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, mobile devices, and identity-related topics in a hybrid environment.
- Manage workplace devices and compliance using Microsoft Intune, ensuring smooth onboarding and daily operations.
