IT Support Engineer

ZALORA is looking for an IT Support Engineer to deliver reliable service desk and onsite IT support across our Jakarta Head Office (Jakarta Selatan).

In this role, you’ll support end-user devices and business applications, maintain day-to-day IT operations (including backups, monitoring, and logging), ensure SOP/policy compliance, and assist with IT procurement.

Responsibilities: Service Desk & Applications support: Provide support of all company owned end user devices Operations: Deploy, maintain, execute and support procedures for highly effective and reliable onsite IT operations.

Utilize appropriate tools and utilities to facilitate operations monitoring.

Administer operations applications such as backups, system monitoring and logging.
